Some general rules I like to set for myself cause of the amount of fucking weaknesses I have.
1. Don't make excuses for eating more that what's planned for that day. (ex. I have a test, I have work, etc.)
2. At least 30 Minutes of exercise a day, whether that be cardio, push ups, sit ups, anything
3. Try your hardest to stay away from any junk food, low cal or not. You'll just binge
4. Only eat things that contain a Nutritional Label, except for fruits and vegetables.
5. Absolutely no candy
8. Absolutely no chocolate
9. No pastries (I work at a coffee shop)
10. Absolutely no fast food (McDonalds Low Fat 150 Cal Cones are okay)
11. Drink one bottle of water per hour
Any one have any other suggestions?
